New ‘Request a Call’ feature added

Listening to our member families

At SafeCircle the voice of our member families and babysitters is very important to us and we love to hear feedback and suggestions. One of our most frequently asked questions is ‘can I meet the babysitter before hand?’

The way that SafeCircle’s booking system is set up does not allow for this at present, however we understand parents’ anxiety around bringing a new person into their home to care for their children, so we are currently working on a way to allow for families to meet with babysitters before the booking. In the interim however, we have just launched our brand new ‘Request a Call’ feature.

Request a Call

This new feature enables parents to make contact with the babysitters that they are interested in before making a booking. The feature is on the ‘My Sitters’ page, and can be selected by hitting the button with 3 dots which will open the option to ‘Request a Call’.

This will send an email to the selected babysitter asking them to call you on the number you have provided during set up. The babysitter will call you usually within 48 hrs. This call allows parents to ask any additional questions they have about the babysitter’s qualifications, experience and skills.

The feature is designed to give parents that added bit of reassurance having been able to talk to the babysitter before booking.
